The Senior Analyst is a key member of the Records & Information team who will champion information governance at the University.
This role demands expert guidance on records and information management standards, processes, and system implementation.
The ideal candidate will drive a compliance-by-design philosophy, fostering a culture of information integrity.
They will collaborate with Academic Divisions and Chancellery for the delivery of innovative solutions that align business needs with stringent compliance requirements.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing expert advice on records and information management standards, regulatory changes, and innovative strategies to support business efficiency and compliance.Delivering complex consulting and advisory services to ensure compliance and optimise business processes.Fostering a culture of information governance by educating the University community and contributing to policy and process development.Who we are looking for

With a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, they will drive innovative solutions and contribute to our information governance initiatives.
You will also have: A postgraduate qualification and extensive experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training in a relevant area.Demonstrated expertise and significant experience in the provision of information governance advice and strategies at the enterprise level.Demonstrated ability to provide advice about records management standards, policy, systems and practice based on expert knowledge of the field and external regulatory frameworks.This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check.
This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.

Legal and Risk delivers high-quality, integrated, expertise-based professional services and advice to facilitate agile decision making and enable external compliance in support of the University's operations and purpose.
The Information Governance Services team administers key elements of the University's regulatory framework and is overall responsible for ensuring good information governance practices are embedded in behaviours, systems and processes across the University.
