Senior Analyst

Our client is an iconic Australian organisation currently seeking a Senior Analyst to support the divestment of a key subsidiary business.
Your new role will see you joining an in flight divestment and providing analysis and support of the process. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Development and other stakeholders you will contribute to collating virtual data rooms, sourcing further information across various sources and scrutinising details where information doesn't reconcile. This role requires you to be self motivated and inquisitive to help drive the remainder of the divestment successfully.
Skills and Experience: Experience working within the Financial Deals Advisory for a big 4 consultancyTransaction Services experience is idealExceptional stakeholder engagement and management skillsAbility to produce and present reports to facilitate discussionsOur client is offering an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend. Offices are based in the Melbourne CBD with a requirement to be on site 3 days per week.
