The Role:
As the Senior Analyst for Growth Ops Risk & Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and governance across the Growth Ops division.
Your responsibilities will include managing obligations registers, conducting root cause and trend analyses, and providing critical insights to senior stakeholders.
This is your chance to contribute meaningfully by strengthening compliance frameworks and supporting external partnerships through effective governance communication and engagement.
Position Accountabilities:
Draft formal incident notification and closure communications for external partners.
Conduct control testing and assurance for Growth Ops obligations.
Maintain and update the obligations register, ensuring effective mapping of controls.
Monitor regulatory changes and provide regular updates to Growth Ops leaders.
Support departmental responsibilities as the team evolves and grows.
Assist with governance, risk, and compliance queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate external party requests, including security questionnaires and audits.
Contribute to internal and external reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional time management and analytical abilities.
Customer service focus, delivering quality outcomes within deadlines.
2+ years in a similar position, with 3+ years in the financial services industry, preferably insurance.
Knowledge of compliance standards, legislative requirements, and industry codes (desirable).
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or compliance/risk certifications (highly regarded).
