About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager FP&A, the Senior Analyst FP&A provides financial analysis and advice to a range of stakeholders and senior management through high quality and timely reporting. The role plays a central role to the budgeting and forecasting processes and designs and develops suitable models that can be utilised across the business to support performance analysis. A trusted advisor to the responsible leaders, the Senior Analyst FP&A ensures that large data sets are synthesised to develop insights, recommendations and action plans that enable effective decision making. The role is integral to generating significant value outcomes from Parks Victoria's portfolio of assets and provides financial leadership to ensure that objectives and accountabilities are achieved.
About you
CA or CPA qualified, you are an experienced finance analyst or finance business partner ideally from the retail or broader commercial sectors. Accustomed to working with senior stakeholders, you have exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to take ownership, collaborate and build relationships. Curious and innovative, you have a track record of embedding yourself in the business, providing insightful analysis and influencing change. You think laterally to develop unique ways of reporting and problem solving, supporting your non-financial colleagues to make sound business decisions. Resilient and tenacious, you communicate with diplomacy and understanding.
