We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Forensic team in Brisbane. Our Forensic team deals with ever-changing business and regulatory environments. We work with organisations to prevent and respond to allegations of inappropriate behaviour, misconduct, fraud and financial crime, as well as deal with commercial disputes and potential litigation. Closing Date 12-October-2024 What you will do Support with the delivery of a range of forensic and advisory assignments, with an emphasis on investigations. Identify and analyse evidence relating to allegations that are being investigated. Support in the development of investigation plans and identify the sources of evidence. Corroborate interviews of complainants, witnesses and subject persons. Analyse forms of evidence including electronic sources of information, financial data, email and other forms of evidence. Document the results of investigation tasks completed and assist in reporting outcomes for clients. Prepare and attend briefings with clients to provide updates on investigation outcomes. Strengthen client relations through excellent client service. Who you are Degree qualified and have completed, studying toward or have an interest in completing your Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent). Ideally experience in an accounting, internal audit, risk, compliance, enforcement or similar Forensic role within a professional services environment. An excellent communicator (both written and verbal), able to distil and explain complex information and relate to key concepts. Have sound business and commercial acumen. Ability to deal with sensitive matters confidentially and tactfully.
