We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Forensic team in our Melbourne team.
Our Forensic team deals with ever-changing business and regulatory environments. We work with organisations to prevent and respond to allegations of inappropriate behaviour, misconduct, fraud and financial crime, as well as deal with commercial disputes and potential litigation.
Closing Date9- June- 2024What you will doSupport with the delivering of a range of forensic and advisory assignments, with an emphasis on and financial investigations.Analyse financial statements and other accounting information including reconciliation with other information sources.Investigate anomalous transactions, events, accounting entries and behaviour through analysis of evidence including from electronic data capture and interviews.Document transactions, funds flows and/or relationships between people and/or entities.Construct financial models to support calculations and/or forecasts adopting different variables.Preparing Forensic accounting independent expert and investigation reports.Strengthen client relations through excellent client service.Who you areDegree qualified and have completed, studying toward or have an interest in completing your Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent).Ideally experience in an accounting, internal audit, risk, compliance, enforcement or similar Forensic role ideally within a professional services environment.An excellent communicator (both written and verbal), able to distil and explain complex information and relate to key concepts.Have sound business and commercial acumen.Ability to deal with sensitive matters confidentially and tactfully.What we can offerWe offer a dynamic environment where employees are rewarded for their hard work through our annual bonus program.
