You will work on projects and deliverables that inform the strategic direction of the Group's capital position and execution of capital actions. The work will involve analysis and critical interpretation of complex information, such as regulatory capital and ratings agency methodologies.You will contribute to the development of policies and practices that will shape the outcome of Macquarie's business activities and have exposure to Macquarie's senior management, in a non-hierarchical, merit-based environment. Furthermore, you will learn about capital management and work with the various Macquarie businesses to appropriately and optimally structure Macquarie's products, businesses and capital frameworks.
