Translating data into actionable Insights, process automation and strategy, that drives a competitive advantage and delivers sustainable, profitable growth.Our team is the lead for customer, category, shopper, channel, and competitor insights within CCEP. We are responsible for embedding a data-led, decision-making culture. Our ambition, therefore, is to ensure data and insights play a key role in all forms of decision making, from BDE's working in the trade to NBM's working with our key customers.Reporting to the Senior Manager of Visualisation & Insights, the Data Visualisation & Automation Senior Analyst is responsible for how we deliver and communicate data and insights at CCEP, "bringing to life" a suite of reports, dashboards and tools in a way that allows for seamless access, is easy to both interpret and form recommendations and functions at scale and speed. As a Data Visualisation & Automation Senior Analyst you'll contribute to the delivery of and against our Visualisation and automation plan.Highly experienced at telling stories with data, the role requires a combination of strong commercial acumen and technical capability. It will require an understanding of business requirements and the ability to design and deliver appropriate solutions.This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced strategically important business function. You will work alongside a high performing & ambitious team that will play a critical role in the success of CCEP.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGDesigning and building maintainable and scalable data reporting, visualisation, and automation solutionsEliciting and defining user needs, translating these into functional requirementsEffective use of data process modelling tools to analyse and represent information.Technical lead for all CCEP data sources and software solutionsWorking cross-functionally with various business partners, including BPT (business, process, technology) and global D&A team demonstrating resilience and versatility in dealing with varying levels of organisational data maturity.Engage with stakeholders to define business requirements, prototype/ develop, maintain, and implementTableau visualisations, ensuring data validation accuracy, end user experience is optimised, and development is in line with governance standards.Coach, develop and engage stakeholders to deliver against the plan, ensuring their full potential is realised and key KPI's achieved.Conduct routine Tableau self-service governance activities and maintain the self-service environment to a high level of qualityPerform regular health checks, provide Tableau Workplace support, including support for communication of Tableau initiatives or issues, resolve ServiceNow Tableau ticketing.Contribute to team culture that is famous for: Being curious, ability to think strategically, being compelling storytellers, having an energy and passion for data & insightsLET'S TALK ABOUT YOU!Degree qualified preferredSkilled data scientist with solid visualisation and reporting background (technical business analysis, commercial analysis, data analytics, data visualisation, data modelling)Experience working with Tableau, Power BI and Azure.
