As the Senior Analyst Components , you will be responsible for demand supply planning of rotables and repairs through the development of part forecasts, supply planning, inventory optimisations and order recommendations for aircraft spare parts.
In addition, the position will be required to provide logistical support in the management off light spares, charters and Fly Away Kits (FAKs) and pooling.
You will also be responsible for the development of the 12 month rolling forecast plans whilst building an accurate forecast plan with maintenance parts and usage using both historical and deterministic planning.
You'll have – Experience and knowledge in Supply Chain, preferably in planning, purchasing or repairs Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or logistics discipline Proficient in company stand computer allocations such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP Systems Proven analytical and problem solving skills Customer focused and ability to build constructive and effective relationships Ability to positively influence others in the achievement of operational objectives Effective communication skills in both written and oral forms Self-motivation and ability to work without supervision Similar experience in an aviation environment (desirable) SPM experience (desirable) Why Qantas?
