Senior Analyst - Capital Transactions

A global real estate leader is looking for an experienced Capital Transactions Analyst to join their team. This role involves evaluating and managing financial aspects of industrial real estate transactions to support their investment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytic skills, a deep understanding of real estate markets, and the ability to communicate findings effectively. Role Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive market assessments to identify trends, property values, and viable investment opportunities. Assist in the due diligence process by reviewing financial statements, property documentation, and legal contracts to ensure all aspects are considered. Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarising analytic findings and strategic recommendations. Support the management and optimisation of existing property portfolios to enhance value and performance.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in asset level financial modelling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Argus). Experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or a similar role. Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
