Permanent, FulltimeWhat will your day look like?As a Senior Analyst, Business Lending Portfolios, you will:Collate, analyse and interpret data sets on the Business Lending portfolio to assess performance, risks and opportunities to drive growth strategy and performance improvements.Create and manage core portfolio performance dashboards, enabling Business Banking Leadership Team to track alignment with strategic goals and change implementation progress.Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define and monitor key success measures and prepare data visualizations and reports for senior executives and bank risk committees.Actively manage portfolio risk indicators to ensure compliance with Suncorp Bank Risk Appetite settings and limits, Policies and Standards.Collaborate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Product, Pricing, Distributions, Credit Risk, Operations and Tribe) to generate solutions for optimal results in strategic initiatives.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Demonstrated experience in performance analytics, analysing complex and diverse data to improve commercial performance.Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to generate recommendations from various data sets and build narratives that drive the business growth.Advanced skills in MS Excel and dealing with large data sets.
Superior attention to details.
Experience in SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI are valuable but not essential.Solid exposure to banking environment coupled with an analytical and curious mindset.Tertiary Qualifications in business, commerce, economics or finance.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
