plus 17% superannuation.About the area Development and Alumni Relations [DAR] oversees the University's alumni, philanthropic and community strategies.
The function works collaboratively across the University to embed philanthropic and engagement activity into the University's operations.
The core responsibility of the team is to lead and build on the University's alumni, donor, and community relations to advance the University goals.
About the opportunity This role supports UWA's alumni engagement goals, fostering lifelong relationships between alumni and UWA, helping to build a vibrant, dynamic, and engaged alumni community.You will develop and implement innovative alumni programs, events, and communications to engage alumni effectively and strengthen their ties to UWA.Your role will draw on alumni affinities, plan and implement alumni engagement initiatives and activities that connect graduates with Schools, special interest [e.g.
sporting] groups and students.About you Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high-level consultation, collaboration and problem-solving skills and the ability to provide advice and support to senior staff.Proven ability to build lasting business relationships, provide excellent client service and work effectively with people, including key stakeholders and volunteers.Proficiency in a range of computer skills, including the creation of eDMs.Experience working in a customer orientated work environment.How to apply Please apply online via the Apply Now button.
