Salary per week:
Health Professional Level 3: $2,081.22 - $2,148.66
Clinical Psychologist: $2,022.92 - $2,465.63

Northern Beaches Adult Community Mental Health Team at Brookvale Community Health Centre.
What you'll be doing:
The Senior Allied Health Clinical Lead provides professional and clinical support to allied health clinicians to provide consumer focused, evidence-based, trauma informed and recovery centered Mental Health Drug and Alcohol (MHDA) services to consumers, carers and families.
The position will make relevant professional contributions to the structure and function of the allied health team, actively contribute to the growth and development of the team, and will abide by appropriate professional ethics and any other ethics of the Service.
They will maintain and develop professional and clinical skills by actively engaging in peer review and ongoing education and will liaise with equivalent positions across Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) and participate in relevant area committees and strategic planning and benchmarking.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, and registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers.
Clinical Psychologists must have a minimum postgraduate Masters or higher in Clinical Psychology.
For Social Work and Occupational Therapy, minimum experience as a Level 2 clinician.
Experience in mental health and/or leadership roles.
Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, advanced computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership that facilitates the ongoing development of evidence-based clinical practice and service improvement.
Understanding of, and commitment to the effective and meaningful engagement of clinicians in the decision-making process that impacts positive patient outcomes, including demonstrated knowledge of ACHS/ Mental Health Accreditation standards and processes.
