About the role To be the leader of the Field Services team and operate within the whole business in a leadership and mentor position, developing and empowering other agronomists, graduates and employees within the whole business. Main Responsibilities Manage a farming client base and facilitate agronomy services Create demand through applying in-depth technical knowledge of crops and input products; their applications, benefits, and agronomic advantages Create and continually improve crop & pasture plans for clients Communicate with employees, peers, suppliers and industry resources to ensure knowledge base is extensive Leadership Field services team – encouraging team mindset for all business activities and teams
