They support the Team Lead in the development and implementation of AVT caseloads and resources and assist with the management of AVT visit trackers, calendars, and travel requirements.The Senior AVT reports to the specific disability area Team Lead and provides AVTs with professional support, advice, professional development, and assistance to resolve issues as they arise.There may be up to six positions available in 2025 across the three low incidence disability areas. Base locations are negotiable, and applicants from all locations are encouraged to apply to ensure a pool of recommended applicants is available for additional positions as they become available throughout the year.Some travel may be required by the successful applicant to provide face-to-face support and professional learning delivery to AVTs statewide.A mandatory requirement of this role is:Current full registration, or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
