Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations Salary: $109,730 to $132,764 (Plus Superannuation)Ongoing roleUsual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available)Usual work location: 121 Exhibition St, Melbourne (flexibility may be available)The Role The Senior Advisor will be responsible for the delivery of advice and consultancy services on a wide range of workplace relations activities.
The Senior Advisor may also act as the Review of Actions Registrar for the department.
Key accountabilities include: Provide strategic and tactical advice and consultancy to all levels of management and across the department on a diverse range of industrial relations matters.Undertake HR policy development and review, ensuring compliance with relevant instruments, legislation, VPS directions and Common Policies.Support the overall workplace relations function, including monitoring and maintaining relevant electronic systems, case management, supporting the management of complex intersecting cases.The Team The position of Senior Advisor forms a part of the People and Culture branch and sits within the Corporate Services group.
This group consists of specialist functions enabling the department to operate efficiently and effectively.

About You The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:
