An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Advisor Workforce who will be responsible for providing expert practical advice across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) on complex employment matters in accordance with the human resource industrial framework.
The purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of significant and consistent outcomes and outputs that contribute to the achievement of SCHHS's organisational goals.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively under the direction of the Workforce Advisory leadership team in the development and service delivery of the Workforce Advisory model and activities.
Provide contemporary expert advice and application of the HR industrial framework to management.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on appropriate management and resolution of complex employment matters including organisational change, performance management, conduct, suspension, discipline and dismissal.
Lead and manage a team in the provision of contemporary day-to-day HR activities in HR policy advice and application.
This includes modelling behaviours and attitudes aligning with SCHHS values and supporting the development of your team through shared learning and coaching.
Remuneration value up to $148,323 p.a., comprising salary between $121,360- $129,998 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6).
