The TLI (Transport and Logistics Industry) Connect team, within the Policy, Planning and Investment Division, assists employers through government and industry partnerships to retain existing employees, attract new employees, and identify skilling opportunities. TLI Connect is guided by the Transport and Logistics Workforce Advisory Committee (TLWAC), a group of representatives from industry associations, industry organisations and TMR.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Plan and deliver workforce capability projects to address skills and labor challenges across the transport and logistics industry.
• Build and maintain effective strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Connect industry stakeholders to relevant and timely information, to assist with workforce planning.
• Prepare high quality internal and external communication materials and resources.
• Draft executive-level briefings, reports and correspondence regarding various policy initiatives and projects, in accordance with departmental standards.
