Senior Advisor - Safety Systems About the role
The Senior Advisor Safety Systems supports the HSE Systems and Program team in delivering beyond the expectations of our customers, stakeholders and in meeting our legal, regulatory, and other HSE obligations.
Some of the key components of the role will include:
Responsible for the delivery of high-quality data and analytical services to the Safety function of Team Global Express, supporting effective business decision making, enhancing safety and operational performance. Communicate and actively seek to understand the business context of data and associated business processes and improvement opportunities. Collate, compile and monitor Team Global Express HSE related data and the provision of relevant reports. Interface with other functions, departments and operations to maintain HSE IT system effectiveness, relevancy, and accuracy to HSE outcomes such as SAI360 (Evotix), Power BI, SharePoint, UNIBIS, Workday, Avetta and other related systems. Ensure the Team Global Express HSE data and analytics are compliant with any relevant laws, regulations and licensing requirements. What You'll Bring:
Experience working in HSE, preferably within Transport, Supply Chain or Logistics industry. Tertiary qualification in HSE, Risk or Engineering or related discipline. Proven experience in safety analysis and reporting, risk assessment and compliance, within a logistics or supply chain environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience as a Systems Administrator for a HSE management system. About Team Global Express
