Senior Advisor Research And Evaluation

In this role you will: Conduct research on correctional issues and assist in developing research and evaluation proposals for consideration by the Executive Leadership Team.Apply quality and ethical research practices to internal research and evaluation projects, and in assessing external research projects.Lead and/or support external and internal research and evaluation projects, including data analysis, that contribute to the operation of correctional services and to the furthering of criminological knowledge.Provide advice based on sound research to the Director Research, Evaluation, Data Insights and Analysis Group, on correctional trends, issues and matters impacting on the operations of QCS.Contribute to environmental scanning on issues and trends occurring in other jurisdictions impacting on QCS's strategic goals and the effective management of corrective services in Queensland.Assist in the development of the agency's forward planning process, budget proposals and submissions as required.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
