What will you do? Reporting directly to the Manager - P&C, the Senior Advisor – People and Culture will deliver:
Coaching and Training: Providing effective and sound employee relations and P&C best practice advice and support to the CatholicCare workforce and leadership team, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards and risk mitigation strategies. Performance Optimisation: Developing and championing performance optimisation strategies across CatholicCare. Effective Employee Lifecycle Operations: Achieving operational targets, reporting and administering P&C operational processes as part of a team of P&C professionals. We are looking for an experienced P&C professional that can successfully demonstrate experience in the areas of employee relations support and advice and performance management. To succeed in the role you will need exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to partner with senior and all levels of management. In addition, you will have a passion for all aspects of people and culture work as the role is varied and will support the team across all P&C functions.
