You are detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator. A passion for the transformative impact of accounting and business advisory on clients' lives is essential, along with a natural curiosity and a desire to understand the 'WHY' behind client needs.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement:Proactively engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.Build personal relationships with clients beyond regular transactions, showing genuine interest in their lives.Go above and beyond to delight your clients by surpassing expectations.Business Advisory:Apply knowledge of business advisory concepts to offer proactive, personalised advice that enhances clients' financial performance and planning.Be aware of client pain points and proactively assist them in finding the right solutions.Stay informed about financial landscapes and market trends, applying this knowledge to our business advisory services.Client Support:Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and tax returns within set deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Collaborate closely with clients to provide tax forecasting and tax minimisation strategies that align with their business goals.Fulfill ad-hoc client requests punctually, meeting high-quality standards.System and Process Improvement:Regularly review and report on any substandard internal systems allowing for continuous improvement.Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing processes by monitoring client work progress and issuing invoices upon project milestones.Mentor and support junior accountants, helping to develop their skills and knowledge.Qualifications & Skills Needed:Experience & Expertise:CA/CPA/IPA Qualification or EquivalentMinimum 7 years' experience in accounting, business advisory, or a related field.Technical Skills:In-depth Knowledge: Demonstrates a robust understanding of tax laws, statutory regulations, and business advisory.Market & Client Awareness: Understands business trends and benchmarks specific to key clients.Xero certified with skilled in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs.Personal Attributes:Team Support: Actively contributes to team morale and provides support where needed.Exceptional Communication: Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.Highly Organised: Detail-oriented with strong management abilities.Proactive Mindset: Hands-on, solution-focused thinker who delivers high-quality outcomes.Collaborative: Team player who works effectively across departments.Why Join Trinity Advisory?At Trinity Advisory, we are passionate about helping small businesses grow and succeed.
