You will ensure the delivery of support services to the Office of the Executive Director, including mentoring, and providing direction and support to senior leaders and staff.
In this pivotal role, you are the cornerstone of support for both the Executive Director (ED) and the Technology Leadership team, offering your strategic vision and highly developed business acumen to master the intricacies of IT management.

Your key Responsibilities: Proactively review and manage the broad scope of information and requests directed to the Executive Director, delivering independent, strategic advice.
Coordinate and process Ministerial correspondence and other high-level communications, in concert with the Chief Information Officer (CIO)'s Office, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist the Executive Director in representing the CIO on major ITB matters, including providing determined leadership and guidance to the Executive Office staff.
Function as the secretariat for various departmental committees, ensuring the efficient operation, distribution of meeting actions, and record-keeping of minutes.
Conduct thorough research on matters related to the Executive Director's portfolio, offering insightful advice and options for executive deliberation.
Prepare and manage ITB's responses to scheduled reports such as budget estimates, annual reviews, and environmental assessments, fostering collaboration with relevant stakeholders for a unified approach.
Requirements of the Role: Exceptional emotional and social intelligence with proficiency in thriving amid change and uncertainty.
Adeptness in forging and sustaining positive relations, alongside effective communication skills tailored to diverse groups of stakeholders.
Previous experience in a similar advisory role, working collaboratively with senior leadership to foster and achieve departmental goals is preferable.
