The Engineering & Technology branch is looking for a motivated Senior HR Advisor to join our high performing team. In this dynamic role, you will support the business to implement strategies that enhance leadership, technical expertise, and business management capabilities within the branch and across the Infrastructure Management Delivery (IMD) Division. You will be data savvy and use metrics, and evidence to inform and support ethical decision making and change.
Engineering and Technology (E&T) provides technical expertise to support the department's innovative and value-for-money design solutions. By staying at the forefront of national and international best practice and facilitating relationships between industry and TMR, E&T ensures the department has access to the most advanced and cost-effective innovations.
The Human Resources team within E&T provide solutions focused advice, coaching, guidance and support to employees and people leaders to promote positive performance and enable a high performing culture.
