In the role of Senior Advisor (Commercial Procurement) you will undertake tactical procurement, including managing and advising on tendering and contract processes to ensure TransLink Division compliance with Chief Procurement Office (CFO) guidelines. You will contribute to the successful delivery of various projects within the Commercial Partnerships team, by providing support to project activities where required.

Fortnightly salary: $4466.90 - $4779.30
Job duration: ASAP until 31 January 2026 with possibility of extension
Some of your responsibilities will include: Contribute to the effective delivery of procurement projects by assisting cross-functional teams through providing authoritative advice and direction in relation to procurement to ensure maximum value and benefit from supplier relationships, and compliance with Corporate Procurement Office Policy and procedures.Assist the project teams with the development of the Invitation to Tender (ITO) and Request for Quote (RFQ) documents including the development of key performance indicators, Procurement plans and Evaluations plans to ensure effective management of suppliers and contracts.Effective management of the Tender process, managing clarification process, supporting the evaluation and negotiating team and assisting/finalising the Contract award process.Ensure the successful delivery of positive outcomes for supply arrangements through supporting rigorous and systematic supplier performance and contract management.Contribute to a highly engaged and capable workforce through positive workplace culture and values alignment.Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.Applications will remain current for 12 months.
