About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Adviser - WHS Consulting Services to support our National Manager - WHS Consulting Services. This role is suited to a highly motivated, skilled safety consulting professional who is passionate about delivering practical WHS solutions to business. Our team are curious, collaborative and caring while working together to provide technical and hands-on WHS and Workers Compensation advice to Ai Group members and employers.
ResponsibilitiesWhilst the reality of each day will be different, you can expect to be accountable for:
Developing and maintaining relationships with Ai Group members to facilitate meaningful impact to enable change.Driving exceptional results to employers in a fee-for-service environment.Managing and delivering on WHS programs and projects at all stages of the service (proposals to project completion).Achieving monthly revenue targets and meeting designated KPI's.Contributing to the development of new business.Building trust and engaging with clients through high-quality, timely project deliverables.QualificationsTo best succeed in this role you will have:
Degree level qualification in Occupational Hygiene, WHS, Psychology or related field.Qualified auditor and trainer.Auditing qualifications (ISO45001 / AS4801 / HACCP / ISO14001 / ISO9001).Strong leadership, problem-solving and adaptability skills with the ability to manage client work and relationships.Advanced report writing (technical and systems composition) skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills (oral and written), adaptable to change, can build rapport and work effectively with diverse people and teams.Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once.Previous professional services or consulting industry experience (desirable).What We OfferWe offer you:
