About the role
The Senior Adviser – Change provides strategic and operational change leadership to the Australian Red Cross' Human Resource Information System implementation.
Your role works closely with the sponsor and key stakeholders to lead change management plans and activities for the program.
You will provide hands-on change management support for teams and individuals to ensure readiness and adoption of the change.
Experience with HRIS projects is desirable.
What you will bring Relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial experience in change methodology or evidence of experience using equivalent methodologies in a consulting organisation or mature change organisation.
Substantial experience in implementing change management policies and procedures. Experience in designing and applying fit-for-purpose change approaches and deliverables. Comprehensive project management experience and knowledge of approaches, tools, and phases of the lifecycle. High level of digital capabilities, confident with technology and willingness to develop current skills for additional efficient and productive work practices. Critical thinking skills to analyse information, evaluate options and make sound decisions to keep change on track. Why work with us?
