The role works across Pedestrian.TV and PEDESTRIAN TELEVISION. The role calls for a multidisciplinary approach, someone who can collaborate effectively with internal departments, provide market leadership and help shape future commercial strategy.Reporting into the Head of VIC/QLD Partnerships, this role requires existing market relationships at all levels, and the ability to identify new revenue streams. You must confidently balance Pedestrian Group's interests against client and market requirements and collaborate with all internal departments to create engaging solutions which make Pedestrian Group's commercial opportunities stand out from the market.Day to day you will:Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.Attend regular meetings with client partners to uncover new opportunities and drive commercial output.Continue to grow revenue and build the commercial offering in VIC.Track and manage your sales pipeline and account activities in CRM with 100% accuracy.Source, close, and grow new and existing business to regularly meet and exceed sales goals.Build an intimate understanding of Pedestrian Group offerings/products and their place in the industry.Build relationships with clients of all levels (e.g., media planners to senior executives and heads of departments).Create and vet market-leading pitches across all Pedestrian platforms (Native, Video, Display, Events, Activations) for our client partners. With this, you need to understand client objectives and translate these into campaigns that deliver results.Assist Head of Partnerships with training and coaching of junior staff.Qualifications

Self-starter with strong sales experience in the media and advertising industry.Outgoing and emotionally intelligent.Strong understanding of fundamentals of media channels, in particular digital content and display.Active in industry trade and networking events.Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, dynamic environment.Be on the pulse of trending pop culture news and an avid consumer of content across multiple channels.Additional Information
