Talk Health Therapy is expanding its team and looking for a Senior Adult Occupational Therapist to work within the CHSP (Commonwealth Home Support Program) stream. Your Role Conduct in-home assessments of clients' emotional, cognitive, and physical function, to help them remain independent in their own homes. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients' quality of life. Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes. Understand and implement Home Care Package (HCP) services, and where needed, make recommendations for home modifications and assistive technologies. Maintain thorough, organised case notes and reports on client progress. Who You Are A qualified Occupational Therapist registered with AHPRA. You have at least 3 years of experience working as an OT with adult clients, ideally in community-based roles. Experience working with Home Care Packages (HCPs) is essential. Experience with CHSP is ideal, though not required (we can help you learn the ropes if necessary). A valid driver's licence and strong communication skills. Why Talk Health Therapy?
