The Role This is a wonderful opportunity to join a stable, renowned and leading independent girls' school in Melbourne's leafy East in a full-time, ongoing role.
Working in close partnership with the Director of Admissions, the Senior Admissions Officer will oversee the end-to-end enrolment process in our Early Learning Centre, Junior School, and Senior School (including the Boarding House).
This includes initial enquiry through to student orientation, conducting school tours, and maintaining accurate records and reports to support strategic planning.
As a welcoming face of our College, your work will be integral to helping families make one of the most important decisions for their child's future.
About You This role is ideal for someone with experience in a senior admissions role in an education setting, or with similar experience in a senior customer service or marketing role.
Your skills in connecting warmly and positively with stakeholders across various levels and diverse backgrounds will be key to your success in this position.
You also have sound technical and organisational skills, to be able to effectively maintain databases and generate reports to support our strategic planning.
