The Role The Senior Administrator manages key administrative tasks, resolves complex issues, and ensures high-quality customer service.
They act as an escalation point for service matters, provide timely quality reviews, and mentor team members to support skill development.
The role also includes offering operational support to ensure smooth daily functions.
Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities Strategic Focus Deliver superior service to funds, members, and stakeholders, ensuring service and quality standards are met.
Perform authorizations and quality assurance (QA), identifying training needs and recommending improvements.
Handle work matters with minimal escalation.
Complete assigned tasks, including processing, authorizations, and follow-ups, within service standards.
Uphold MUFG Retirement Solutions Core Values.
Operational Management Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards for all stakeholders.
Participate in system testing and proactively address system issues.
Assist with staff rostering and oversee work allocation for smooth operations.
Ensure end-to-end processing and regularly update procedures.
Train new staff using the company's tools.
People Leadership Provide technical expertise and fund knowledge to help the team meet goals.
Stay updated on fund business rules and legislative changes.
Act as a role model and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Governance & Risk Comply with legislative and licensing requirements, maintaining up-to-date skills.
Support the Team Manager with auditing requirements.
Please note: Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
Experience & Personal Attributes Completion of RG146 (Superannuation), or attainment within the next 12 months.
Strong problem-solving, investigative, and customer service skills.
Flexible, adaptable, and creative thinker.
Experience in financial services and change management.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
