About the role Based at our Forth site, you will be part of the Administration team reporting to our Chief Financial Officer and providing daily support to our Field Grower Services (FGS) business area. Our FGS area manages crop programs for Harvest Moon and all the associated key tasks involved in managing the lifecycle of our crops. This position is varied and heavily focused on ensuring key financial and administration tasks are completed to a high standard including:
Data entry and the monthly reconciliation of our accounts. Generating invoices and processing fortnightly & monthly payments to growers. Preparing and distributing accounts payable and accounts receivable invoicing. Managing our seed data and on-forwarding to our accounts payable team for payment. Ensuring key business processes are adhered to, and overseeing critical data ensuring its accuracy and integrity. The timely preparation of all grower contracts and lease documentation ensuring accuracy and the completion of checks. Supporting the roll out of key events for the FGS team. Providing exceptional customer service and advice to all key internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring the timely and effective resolution of queries and issues that may arise from customers and other stakeholders. Assisting our Chief Financial Officer with insurance & other duties. About you With a penchant for detail and a focus on quality outputs and getting things right, you will possess the following skills, experience & qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a busy team preferably in the agriculture industry. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel). Great organisational skills with an ability to manage various tasks/projects at one time. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to be flexible in a varied and constantly changing business with a determination to succeed in a challenging and competitive industry. Analytical skills to interpret & comprehend financial & non-financial data. Providing exceptional customer service and advice to all key internal and external stakeholders. Certificate IV in Accounts Administration or equivalent is preferred for this position. What we offer Opportunities for ongoing training and skill development.
