About the Role
PPS is seeking a Senior Administrator to oversee a wide range of administrative tasks.
In this key role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth business operations and supporting the growth of a new business partnership.
Your contributions will be essential in driving the success of our processes and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Business setup and process integration, ensuring seamless operations.
Marketing, branding, and rebranding efforts, including document updates.
Administration and management of Silicate (in-house system), managing IT resources, and ensuring efficient use.
Audit and maintain documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Coordinate employee onboarding and IT allocation.
Assist with meeting scheduling, correspondence management, and event coordination.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in senior administrative roles, preferably within growing businesses.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and proficiency in auditing and document management.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously, pre-empting challenges, and providing innovative solutions.
Experience with IT integration, marketing, and branding projects is highly desirable.
Immediate start is desirable.
