About the Role We're looking for a dedicated Senior Administrator to lead our administrative operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for client inquiries, manage scheduling, invoicing, and parts inventory, and ensure a well-organized, efficient office environment. Your work will enable our workshop team to focus on what they do best: providing quality vehicle servicing and modifications.
Responsibilities Handle client inquiries across various channels, ensuring excellent customer service.Manage invoicing, payments, and quotations, including follow-ups.Schedule workshop tasks and oversee daily operations.Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and online cataloging.Document procedures and maintain an organized, welcoming office and waiting area. About You This role is key in improving our processes to aid our growth. We're looking for someone like you who has a keen eye for detail and brings a passion for the automotive industry. Ideally, you will possess the below: 
Fluent English with strong communication skills.Permanent residency or full working rights in Australia.Proven experience in customer service and office administration.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and task management.Basic automotive knowledge is a plus but not essential.Previous technician experience or parts interpretation knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
