About the Role: To provide administration support to the General Manager – Home and Living Rural & Remote Western to achieve the accountabilities and responsibilities of that position as well as operating with a high level of autonomy in managing relationships between the General Manager and key stakeholders, the community and independently undertake or allocate tasks for resolution by other employees.
Responsibilities: Provide high quality administrative support to the General Manager. Proactively support the programs leadership team to ensure key operational and compliance activities occur with the required timeframe. To schedule, agenda and minute key operational meetings, ensuring accountability to agreed actions. To collect, collate and enter monthly reporting data into the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission Provider portal. To oversee Melba's internal NDIS workflow processes in Rural and Remote Western, ensuring that all requirements are met by the specified timeframes. Maintain and track individuals key NDIS information in the program, including plan and service agreement expiry dates. Provision of administrative assistance to all service delivery arms including initial responses to feedback, complaints and compliments. Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in business administration, a related discipline or equivalent experience/ Comprehensive understanding of Executive Administration functions. Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in the provision of support to an executive officer, preferably with experience within the disability services sector or other not-for-profit service organisation. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships. Ability to work holistically, recognising the value and contribution of all, mindful of cross-discipline appreciation and collaboration. Requirements A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don't already have them).
