UGL Major Projects division is expecting significant growth for 2025 in Western Australia as we support large Building Services Projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for locals and those open to FIFO and DIDO roles. As a result, we have an Expression of Interest for Senior Administrator role.
Ensuring all prepared material, documentation and correspondence is dealt with according to relevant procedures such as the Management System.Maintaining an effective filing/archiving system to ensure records and documents are suitably protected from damage and are readily available.Advising sub-contractors, managers and engineers of administrative requirements of the Project.Coordinating all administrative requirements of the team.Coordinating all aspects of meetings and schedules.General administration duties including word processing, stationary orders, photocopying, and travel coordination.Purchase Orders and Goods Receipting (SAP).About You At least 5 years' experience in Administration with at least 3 years' experience in the construction industry.Experience gained in the rail, automotive, military, Defence, avionics, or any other safety critical environment desirable.Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.High level proficiency in computer skills: MS Word / Excel, PowerPoint, email and some proficiency in SAP is preferred.Experience working on large accommodation villages made up of modular buildings or similar types of projects.UGL – Big projects.
