The Commission is the dedicated national regulator of NDIS service providers in Australia.

The Senior Administrative Review Officer is responsible for assisting the Internal Integrity Unit in effectively implementing the NDIS Commission's legislative obligations and functions in the following areas: Privacy Internal Review Freedom Of Information The Legal Services and Internal Integrity Division is comprised of the Legal Services Branch and the Internal Integrity Unit.
