The Office of Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) is responsible for building long-term mutually beneficial relationships to achieve philanthropic, partnership and sponsorship outcomes from the communities and industries that the University serves.
The Senior Administrative Officer (known internally as the Senior Centre Officer) contributes to the day-to-day running of Development and Alumni Relations through the timely and effective delivery of high-level, confidential administrative and financial management support and information co-ordination to the Director and management group.
As the first point of contact, the Senior Administrative Officer builds and maintains relationships across the University and externally, naturally adapts to the styles of others and demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all that they do. Directly supporting the Director, Office of Development and Alumni Relations, the Senior Administrative Officer is an administrative expert, is financially literate and an all-around superstar!
Essential criteria: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, fundraising coordinator or similar role.Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks. effectively.Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role will primarily be based at the Joondalup campus however you may be required to work from other locations from time to time.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, ongoing position attracts a salary of $81,614 to $90,691 p.a plus 17% university superannuation contribution.
