Job DescriptionAbout the role As we continue to grow, we offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Brisbane-based Business Advisory team. In this senior role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership, ensuring seamless operational support for our team and exceptional service delivery to our valued clients.
Manage and oversee client onboarding and exit processes, including CRM updates, and preparation of ethical and engagement lettersMaintain client records, ensuring all documentation is accurately filed and up to dateSupport Directors and senior staff with client correspondence, invoicing, and fee preparationAssist with the preparation of financial reports, workpaper compilation, and collation of financial documentsFacilitate the establishment of new entities such as trusts and companiesMaintain company secretarial registers using Corporate Affairs System (CAS)Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) regarding client mattersCreate and maintain standard templates and processes for use by the wider teamManage general office duties, including document management, filing, scanning, and archivingDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout you Proven experience in a senior administrative role, preferably within a professional services environment or a Chartered Accounting firmAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer literacyStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and within a teamA collaborative approach to teamwork, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersA genuine passion for providing exceptional support and contributing to the overall success of the teamAbout the Vincents experience Core to our growth and success are our people.
