About the role The Mater Hospital Brisbane has an opportunity available for an experienced Senior Administration Officer to join our telehealth centre. This is a permanent full time position.
Teleservices is open from 7am – 5pm Monday – Friday, closed weekends and public holidays. The purpose of this position is to provide an efficient and effective and professional service for customers, patients and staff of the Mater Health Services.
Salary range: $35.45 - $39.62 (MCA3) per hour plus superannuation & salary packaging What you'll be doing In this position you will be responsible for the following:
Managing a high volume of calls and inquiries for Mater Health Services and resolve or redirect to the appropriate department / staff member / extension in a polite and professional mannerConfirm appointments for Ambulatory and Outpatient clinicsUpdating of patient informationCarry out administrative duties as requiredContribute to and maintain an efficient, productive and positive workplace and communicate and co-operate with fellow workers to promote teamwork within the departmentAttend/participate in regular, both singular and work team meetings to review current work practices and participate in appropriate developmental coursesAbout you As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
