Senior Administration Officer, Performance and Clinical Services PlanningThe purpose of this role is to administratively support Performance & Clinical Service Planning priorities, initiatives, activities and projects including the Team Royal portfolio through developing, coordinating and promoting activities and events, aligning with the RBWH Operational and Strategic initiatives and, Metro North Health (MNH) strategic objectives.

About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Support and contribute to the delivery of quality programs of work led by the Performance & Clinical Services Planning unit by providing administrative functions as required including leading the Team Royal portfolio.Effectively plan and coordinate staff events that enhance team cohesion, morale, and overall workplace satisfaction. Using creative thinking for planning engaging and memorable events with an ability to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches.Liaise with vendors, staff, and management to coordinate Team Royal events, programs and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with organisational direction and overseeing resources, source cost-effective resources without compromising quality, timescales and standards in collaboration with key stakeholders.Promote a team culture, demonstrating behaviour and communication that encourages and promotes alignment with the MNHHS shared values of compassion, integrity, respect, high performance and teamwork to drive continuous improvement and achievement of RBWH's goals.Provide feedback from staff to governance committees regarding opportunities to reinforce the desired cultural transformation at the RBWH through Team Royal.Health Equity It is expected that all Metro North Health staff, including the incumbent of this role as a valuable member of the Metro North workforce, contribute to the health equity agenda and meet the intent of supporting the defined six actions that specifically meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS), by actively supporting the elimination of racial discrimination and institutional racism; supporting increased access to health care; influencing the social, cultural and economic determinants of health; supporting the delivery of sustainable, culturally safe and responsive health services; and recognise the importance of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and organisations to design, deliver, monitor and review the health and support services we provide.
