Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Building, Engineering & Maintenance Services (BEMS) Department.Maintain a high-quality administrative service supporting patient-focused care and quality management.Manage the day-to-day activities of the department's administration team, including investigation and resolution of administrative challenges, supervision, mentoring, and rostering.Proactively seek quality improvement opportunities and implement processes to advance services supplied by BEMS.Utilize knowledge and expertise to promote structures and processes that align with Best Practice.Coordinate and maintain an effective administrative and record management filing system.Provide effective verbal and written administrative support, including document preparation.Health EquityAll Metro North Health staff are expected to contribute to the health equity agenda supporting the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
