About the position
The Senior Administration Officer provides professional and confidential administration services to support high level service delivery and the day-to-day functioning of the centre.
The position is central to ensuring the service is perceived by young people as accessible, youth friendly and welcoming.
This position is full time with part time arrangements also considered.
The role is fixed term until February 2026, with possibility of extension.
Full time employees will have the opportunity to enjoy a rostered day off each month.
We are looking for someone with:
Qualifications in administration or a combination of relevant training and experience appropriate to the role.
Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with GPs, clinical staff and other key stakeholders.
Sound working knowledge of MBS, including processes related to item claims and billing, practice and service incentive payments and provider registrations (desirable but not essential).
Excellent organisational skills including a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a busy office environment.
