We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administration Officer to join Business Services Invoice and Billing Team, based in Stones Corner. This role is integral to the efficient administration of day-to-day business operations within the Team. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of client daily attendance approvals, output claiming, and invoice coding. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients regarding invoice queries and preparing documentation for fee relief applications. 

Key Responsibilities: Client Daily Attendance Approvals: Ensure accurate tracking and approval of client attendance to support billing processes. Output Claiming: Process and manage claims efficiently Invoice Coding and Preparation for Approvals: Accurately code invoices and prepare them for management approval. Client Fee Relief Applications: Manage the application process for client fee relief, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate. Client Liaison: Communicate with clients regarding their invoice queries and provide prompt, professional resolution Financial Documentation: Maintain financial procedures, including the collection, receipting, and processing of invoices. Debit card reconciliation. Advanced Excel Skills: Utilize advanced Excel capabilities for data management, analysis, and reporting. Adobe Sign: Implement electronic signing and workflow processes using Adobe Sign. Microsoft Teams Proficiency: Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members using Microsoft Teams. Key Competencies: Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets, utilise formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and prepare correspondence. Experience: Demonstrated experience in administrative systems development and maintenance, with a strong focus on financial procedures. Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, excellent time management skills, and strong interpersonal communication abilities. Essential requirements:  Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Working with Children's Card (commonly known as Blue Card)  Must hold or be eligible to obtain a NDIS Working Screening Card (commonly known as Yellow Card) Must hold or be eligible to obtain a current National Police Certificate. Must hold a QLD Driver's Licence. Must hold a Diploma in Business Administration or related field, with significant experience in a similar role.
