Position Summary The Senior Administration Officer – Invoice and Billing will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, billing, and financial reconciliation processes.
This position provides essential administrative support, investigating billing and account-related enquiries, and resolving discrepancies to enhance customer satisfaction.
The role will work as part of the Invoice & Billing team within Business Services, reporting into the Invoice & Billing Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities The role focuses on three key functional areas: Invoicing , Billing & Outputs , and Enquiries .

Invoicing Tasks: Review and code supplier invoices accurately.
Ensure approval workflows are completed promptly and efficiently.
Investigate invoice-related customer queries to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.

Billing & Outputs: Approve and oversee group attendance records.
Perform fortnightly and end-of-month checks to identify and resolve unapproved shifts.
Enter and verify supplier outputs Submit claims for specific programs, such as DVA 3.
Financial Reconciliation & Enquiries: Reconcile debit card receipts, ensuring correct allocation and billing where necessary.
Investigate and address account discrepancies, including customer billing enquiries: Understand billing issues linked to rostered services.
Raise invoices or credit requests as needed.
