To be successful, applicants must be eligible to work in Australia full time We require an experienced senior administrator with bucket loads of initiative and drive to take on the maintenance planning of our fleet and equipment.
This position will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our allocation/tracking/costing system and to provide senior administrative support to our workshop.
As part of the team, you will maximise workshop's efficiencies and will act as point of contact for internal and external clients and suppliers.

Main Duties: Manage and oversee administrative operations, ensuring compliance with Sands Fridge Lines policies and industry standards.
Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
Supervise and mentor up to 4 administrative staff, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
Entering Data Ordering and Monitoring Parts Planning for Future Servicing Scheduling Servicing Recording Servicing Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to workshop activities Assisting with inventory management and stock control Performing general office duties What We're Looking For Experience: Previous senior administration experience in a service environment.
Skills: High-level communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team and build strong professional relationships.
Forward-Thinking & Positive Attitude: We're seeking someone how can work autonomously and is forward-thinking.
Can take on all tasks with a happy demeanour.
