Your new role
As project administrator, you will handle high level coordination, contract administration functions and support project management to ensure projects comply with contractual obligations, legislation, and company policies and procedures.
Fleet management, including registration and safetySubcontractor management - subcontractor agreements, collecting all relevant information, requesting new information.Issuing purchase orders, approving subcontractor progress claims, and reconciling invoices.Management of all project documentation - project registers, quality assurance, client hand over reports, test reports.Reviewing contract documents to assist management in clarifications required to prepare for the execution of documents.High level administration support to the project managerWhat you'll need to succeed Previous background in construction highly desirable.Planning and scheduling skills.Fleet management experienceExperience managing high level coordination and schedulingProblem-solving, evaluation and review skills.High attention to detail.Ability to work to deadlines.What you'll get in return Exciting growth and career advancement opportunities.Fostering a high performance and solutions focused team environmentOpportunity to work on diverse and challenging infrastructure projects across the region.What you need to do now
