The Opportunity
Veris is hiring a Senior Office Admin Officer to join our team. Based in Melbourne, this role is critical in streamlining and optimising administrative support across our 15 locations to drive efficiency and consistency. The opportunity will require a regular office presence (soon to be relocating to Richmond) and some travel. Flexible working arrangements are available and to be discussed at interview.
Key Responsibilities Align Admin Support with Strategic Goals: Work closely with our team to ensure that administrative support consistently aligns with our strategy, delivering a seamless experience for staff and clients across our national business.Support Senior Leadership: Provide dedicated, high-level support to a small number of senior leaders, focusing on Executive Admin tasks for the COO and ensuring leadership has the resources they need to focus on strategic initiatives.Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative requirements.Coordinate inductions and office support tasks with the national team.Previous Offshoring Set Up and Task Management is highly desirable.Previous exposure to ERP systems and their efficient use is desirable but not essential.About You

Knowledge of process efficiency.Attention to detail.Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.Clear, effective, and professional communication skills.Value discretion and confidentiality.Confidence in supporting Senior Management.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Intermediate to advanced MS Outlook skills managing inboxes by creating rules, folders and filters, developing priority to-do lists, and scheduling multiple calendars.Willingness to learn new tasks and explore more efficient ways to complete them.Our Culture
