Consultants (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeThis role is in our MYOB Acumatica Implementation Team, as Senior Consultant.Depending on the particular project, your experience, and the type of work available, you may be taking full responsibility for implementations as Project Lead, or you may be a member of an implementation team, assisting others with specific functions.This is a client-facing role.The consultant will, within a short period of time be expected to:demonstrate competence with the design of solutions based on user requirements.demonstrate the ability to work well with people and other team members such as project managers, consultants, and support staff.have a sense of urgency, be responsible, and have good preparation skills.demonstrate an ability to plan effectively, and manage the implementation of the plan.have excellent time management and prioritisation skills.The career path from this role is to a Business Analyst or to a Team Leader role, managing multiple implementation teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGenerate revenue from services to new clients and from existing client base.Business analysis during the design phase of implementations.Architect solutions during the design phase of implementations.Implement solutions as designed, including configuration, data, reports, and training.Ensure the success of implementations.Ensure client satisfaction and client retention.Be involved in the implementation of sites from end-to-end and high-level post-implementation support.Provide specialised services to other teams and team members.COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in areas of business analysis, system design, and business process improvements.Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.Experience working within a time-billing environment.Prior implementation/consulting experience with ERP solutions in Tier 2 companies.An accounting qualification and/or appropriate experience in accounting in larger companies.An understanding of business process flows in larger ERP systems.Advanced MS Excel Skills including ability to extract data to MS Excel and to import data from MS Excel; use of VLookups, Pivot Tables, and data validation functions.Basic Microsoft SQL and Report Writing experience.Ability to listen and understand clients' issues.Excellent logic, analytical and problem-solving skills.Behavioural Flexibility in dealing with a diversity of clients.Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.As this is a client-facing role, excellent spoken and written English skills.A true believer in documented systems and processes.An ability to create and follow written procedures.A willingness to take responsibility for the tasks on hand.An aptitude and passion for delivering the best outcome for clients.A professional approach.Integrity and commitment to the Kilimanjaro business.A willingness to learn and to develop as an individual.Self-managing and self-motivated.Sound people skills.Preference for working in a team.Desirable but not EssentialDegree in Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.Experience with Report Writing Tools.Experience with BI tools.C#, ASP.NET and SQL.XML, Web services access protocols SOAP and REST.Adult training expertise.Knowledge of MYOB Acumatica.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have in a consulting role?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Which of the following Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) are you experienced with?How would you rate your English language skills?Have you completed a qualification in accounting?
