We are currently seeking enthusiastic people to join our PCYC Team. A Senior Activities Officer has a varied and flexible role, coordinating sport activities and events at the Club. Whether you are new to the industry wanting to build your skills or you are experienced in sport, recreation and youth engagement roles, if you are passionate about making a life-changing difference in your community, then this is the opportunity for you!

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Queanbeyan team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and flexible role, classified as Senior Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:
Drive a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging and safe activities and programs Program lessons Provide customer service and administration duties About You
Are you a passionate person with flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as:
Skills and experience in coordinating programs and coaching A coaching accreditation or working towards attaining a coaching accreditation Strong computer literacy and administration experience First Aid certification, CPR Certification and/or Cert 1 in Sports Management, Coaching or Gymnastics (desirable) A reliable and trustworthy disposition for the care of young people A positive role model, collaborative and team-oriented Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Experience in working with children, building relationships and customer service The ability to obtain a compliant Working With Children Check and National Police Check If so, Apply today!
